Muchenje Safari Lodge is situated on the Western side of the Chobe National Park, just a 40 minute drive from Kasane. Muchenje Lodge is situated on a hill, which over looks the Chobe River. As this is the only lodge in the area, Muchenje offers a remote location.

Muchenje Safari Lodge has 10 thatched chalets, each with en-suite bathrooms and coffee/tea making facilities. Each chalet has its own private balcony and unique view. The central part of the lodge is the heart of Muchenje and consists of the reception, lounge, bar area, dining area, library and game viewing deck. A swimming pool is also available for those wanting to cool of during the heat of the day.

Game Viewing & Activities:

Game viewing activities consist of day and night game drives in 4×4 vehicles, River cruises along the Chobe River, cultural visits to a tribal village as well as fishing on request are all offered at Muchenje. The game drives are conducted around the lodge area, which is outside the park, or inside the Chobe National Park.
