Gunns Bush Camp  occupies the opposite end of the extensive delta concession of which Gunns Main Camp consists.  Activities focus on mokoro and game walk excursions  on the nearby game abundant flood plains with experienced poler/guides.

 There are two types of accommodation at
Gunn’s Bush Camp:

1. Antelope accommodation:

Eight mini-meru tents with full beds and linen finds the middle ground between luxury accommodation and camping. Each tent boasts its
own private wooden deck and is set on the banks of the Boro River and guests have access to shared bathroom facilities with traditional hand crafted finishes.

2. Buffalo accommodation:

For the adventure market, Buffalo Accommodation offers pre erected, 2-man dome tents with bed rolls (including mattress, pillow and blankets), making the Delta experience accessible to large groups and the budget conscious traveller. These too are set on wooden decks on the bank of the Boro River and guests have access to a spacious ablution area designed to ensure privacy.

Game Viewing & Activities:   

 Your wilderness experience starts as you leave camp on Mokoro (canoe) and are gently poled through lily and reed lined waterways, stopping for a guided walk where you may enjoy sightings of the larger carnivores, plains game, elephant, buffalo, and perhaps the endangered wild dog . Birders observations have included two hundred and fifty species including the rare Pels Fishing Owl and endangered Wattled Crane .
